Skill Acquisition & Empowerment
Our Annual Summer Skill & Empowerment Camp gives young people in Ilorin free, hands-on training in practical skills, taught by working creatives who give their time to teach.
Discover. Develop. Thrive. That is the shape of every camp. Participants discover a skill they may never have tried, develop it with patient facilitators over several weeks, and graduate with something they made with their own hands.
In August 2026, participants learned crochet and video editing side by side. The video celebrating their first finished crochet project was shot and edited by students from the video editing class.
The camp closes with a graduation ceremony and talent hunt, where students who started out shy dance, sing, recite poems and cheer each other on.
Every heart you reach carries hope further.
From a single school bag to a full summer camp, your support turns care into opportunity for young people in Kwara State.
